Three popular Dubai-style chocolate bars have been urgently recalled in the UK after testing revealed they contain undeclared peanuts, almonds, cashews, and walnuts, none of which appear on the ingredient labels.

Le Damas Dubai Chocolate Kunafa & Pistachio (200g)
Nrosis Schokolade Love of Dubai
⚠️ All batch codes and best-before dates are affected.
The supplier, Black Sea Trading Ltd, is currently uncontactable. Despite the recall, many of these bars are still being sold in UK shops and online marketplaces without allergen labelling or English ingredient lists.

Why This Recall Matters
The recall, issued by Food Trading Standards, follows growing safety concerns over the viral Dubai chocolate trend.
Earlier this year, European food safety tests on similar products found:
Undeclared sesame
Banned food dyes
Carcinogenic contaminants
Food safety experts warn that the speed of imported sweets going viral online is outpacing UK safety checks. Products sold through TikTok Shop, Instagram, and other online platforms must follow UK food labelling laws to protect consumers.
What to Do if You Bought These Chocolates
Do not eat them - especially if you have a peanut or tree nut allergy.
Dispose of them safely.

Food safety must never be optional. The UK needs faster enforcement, stronger import checks, and clear accountability for unsafe products.
