Allergy Buddy Walks
Sign up to take part in an Allergy Buddy Walk
Bring your community together to increase food allergy awareness and fundraise to help create a future without food allergy.
Take part in an Allergy Buddy Walk between 1 and 4 October 2026 and bring people together in support of everyone affected by food allergy.
Whether you live with food allergy, care for someone who does, or simply want to increase food allergy awareness, we'd love you to organise a walk for your local community, school or workplace, or take part in one already organised.
No one should have to face food allergy alone. By leading an Allergy Buddy Walk, you'll help raise awareness of food allergy, strengthen community connections and support the mission of Natasha's Foundation to create a future without food allergy.
What are Allergy Buddy Walks all about?
Connecting your community to raise awareness of food allergy.
Celebrating 5 years of Natasha's Law and the impact it's had on people’s lives.
Fundraising to support life-changing food allergy education, campaigning and medical research.
Ready to take part your own Allergy Buddy Walk?
Whether you're organising a walk for friends, family, colleagues, school or your local community, we'd love to help you. We'll support you every step of the way with fundraising ideas and top tips to help make your walk a success. It couldn't be easier.
Allergy Buddy Walks are not organised by Natasha’s Foundation but by individuals with a passion for raising food allergy awareness, bringing people together and making a difference.
They are also an opportunity to raise funds for Natasha’s Foundation and support our mission to create a future without food allergy. All Allergy Buddy Walk participants must be responsible for their own safety and that of their children.

What is an Allergy Buddy Walk?
Every year on 1 October, Natasha's Foundation celebrates Natasha's Day, the anniversary of Natasha's Law coming into force across the UK.
This year marks 5 years since the introduction of this landmark legislation, which transformed food allergen labelling by requiring full ingredient and allergen information on all pre-packaged foods made for direct sale. Natasha's Law has helped millions of people living with food allergy make safer, more informed food choices.
To celebrate this important 5 year milestone and Natasha's extraordinary legacy, Natasha's Army and supporters from across the UK will come together between 1 and 4 October for Allergy Buddy Walks.
Allergy Buddy Walks will raise awareness of food allergy, bring together local communities and fundraise for Natasha’s Foundation to help create a future without food allergy. We'd love you to be part of this special event.
Why "Buddy" Walks?
Allergy Buddy Walks are named after Natasha's beloved dog, Buddy.
Natasha and Buddy, a Cockapoo, were inseparable. He brought her comfort, companionship and joy while she navigated the daily challenges of living with food allergy.
You're welcome to bring your own furry friends along to a walk because they're part of the family too. We recommend dogs are kept on leads in case anyone has an allergy to dogs.
Allergy Buddy walks are about so much more than walking!
Why get involved?
An Allergy Buddy Walk is about so much more than walking.
It's an opportunity to meet people who understand the realities of living with food allergy, make new friendships and become part of a supportive community.
Whether you have a food allergy yourself, care for someone who does, or simply want to support our mission, everyone is welcome. Allergy Buddy Walks celebrate how far Nastasha’s Foundation has come, raise awareness of food allergy and highlight the steps still needed to create a future without food allergy.

Fundraising for a future without food allergy
Every Allergy Buddy Walk aims to raise £1,000 to support Natasha's Foundation.
Every pound raised helps us campaign for change, educate communities and invest in pioneering medical research to create a future without food allergy. Your fundraising could support initiatives such as Natasha's Prize, our landmark £10 million global research initiative bringing together the world's brightest minds to prevent food allergy before it starts.
Together, every step we take and every pound we raise brings us closer to a future without food allergy.
