The Big Give Christmas Challenge : 2-9 December 2025
Every donation you give will be doubled!
For one week only, from noon on Tuesday 2 December, every £1 you donate to Natasha’s Foundation will be worth £2 - your generosity will go twice as far and have double the impact.
We are delighted to announce that The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation has been selected to take part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge 2025, the UK’s largest match-funding campaign. This means a single donation can go twice as far in supporting children, young people, and families living with food allergies across the UK. At a time when the need for better mental health support, clearer information, and greater understanding has never been more urgent.
Food Allergies and Mental Health: Why Young People Need Better Support
Natasha’s story is the reason we fight for change and why supporting young people with food allergies matters. Living with food allergies is not just about avoiding allergens, it affects every part of daily life, from school and friendships to travel, independence, and mental wellbeing. The constant vigilance, anxiety, and social challenges that children and young adults face often go unseen, leaving many to navigate these pressures alone.
"Had Natasha lived, she would soon be turning 25. I am in no doubt that had she reached adulthood, her food allergies would have brought new emotional complexities and challenges. I’d still be worrying about her safety. These struggles often go unseen.
That’s why supporting the mental wellbeing of people with food allergies has become central to our ‘Allergy School’ mission. Through the development of our expert-led programmes, resources, and our ongoing research, we are working to make sure that children, teenagers, and young adults receive not only practical support, but also the emotional understanding they so desperately need. No young person should have to face these challenges alone.
Until every person with food allergies is safe, supported, and never left to carry their burden alone, we will continue to advocate for change in Natasha’s name.”

One donation. Double the Impact.
What is the Big Give Christmas Challenge?
The Big Give is the UK’s biggest match-funding campaign. For one week each year, selected charities receive match funding so every donation made during that week is doubled. This means that the generosity of our supporters will have twice the impact. £1 becomes £2.
Donate During the Big Give Week and Make Twice the Impact
This Christmas, we aim to raise £75,000 in one week and this could help us develop Allergy School's new Mental Health Space. This project will fund research and new resources to support children, teenagers and young adults who face anxiety and isolation because of food allergies. Donate during the Big Give week and automatically double your donation, turning £1 into £2.
Why Your Donation Matters
Food allergies can bring daily worry, social exclusion and significant mental health challenges. Our mental health space provides guidance, emotional support and trusted resources for children, young people and their families.
By giving during the Big Give week, your donation goes further and helps strengthen this vital support.
